There was a house for sale on our “dream street” and immediately contacted Baylee to explore the possibilities of making a deal. We had a home to sell to qualify for the new home and it turned out that the sellers of the home, that we we were interested in, also were in a contingency situation. Baylee worked through a double contingency and the entire process from start to finish was seamless on her end. I feel like an agent without Baylee’s intimate knowledge and connections within the Carson Valley wouldn’t have perfected the same situation like she did. Baylee was amazing to work with! She was always quick to respond to our questions. She helped us a ton through the entire process of buying a home, the initial showing, making an offer, negotiating and closing. She especially helped out during a particularly stressful time at closing. She went above and beyond many times. One example of this was the day we closed she helped pack up the seller’s tenant because they had only been told that they needed to be out 2 days prior to closing. This was a very unusual situation, but Baylee worked for more than 2.5 hours packing and helping us and the tenant make the best out of this difficult situation.

She was always available for phone calls to explain the next steps in detail. Our old home sold in less than 48 hours, and Baylee handled all 10+ showing requests so quickly.
